Had my first appointment yesterday and immediately signed up for a bundle more. Eric impressed me with his professionalism and skill. He explained the process really well, effectively identified structural issues in my body with steps for me to resolve each, and then addressed the two major issues with table work and bench work that was collaborative and felt really impactful. I'm excited to see what results from the coming appointments, so far I feel like we're on the right track and I'm really delighted.

Excellent Hellerwork Practitioner!
MEREDITH BELL, MERCBEE@GMAIL.COM, STATE STREET
Before going to Eric Silvers at Vermont Integrative Bodywork, I didn't know what Hellerwork Structural Integration was. I thought I was just going to get a deep tissue massage and that it may relax me and help with extreme pain I'd been experiencing. It's so much more than a massage and, for me, it is so transformative! And I've only had two sessions so far.
I initially went to Eric for foot pain. After that first session, I was walking better and my pain was greatly lessened. He expertly advised me, too, on how to walk to help my alignment. I haven't felt this good in months! My second session was even more cathartic as he worked my fascia and I strengthened my body awareness. I went to work today with a bounce in my step.
I highly recommend going to Eric Silvers if you've been experiencing persistent pain, poor posture, etc. He's highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and offers a safe space for healing.

As a serious athlete, the work that he did was immensely helpful in opening up my hips and I can do the pigeon stretch without knee pain for the first time in over a year thanks to the mobility that he created over two sessions. Thanks Eric, I hope to be back in the area soon!
VT Integrative Bodywork is Fantastic
SAM CAMPBELL-NELSON, CAMPBSA1@GMAIL.COM, LINCOLN AVE
Just wanted to tell anyone who might be suffering from chronic pain to go to Eric Silvers at Vermont Integrative Bodywork (www.vtibodywork.com) Eric has done a fantastic job helping me sort out my chronic neck and back pain, and I'm well on my way to recovery. My only regret is not going to him sooner. His rates are very reasonable and he is a true professional.
Don't wait like I did, go get yourself pain-free!
Yes, as good as it gets, it's almost with disbelief to feel what it is like to inhabit a pain free body. My experience with Eric and the Heller method was a relearning of how I walk, stand and engage in all physical activities. I had thought that my discomfort and alignment issues were just "the way it is". After completing the series, I have learned that I can change. The psychological "themes" enhanced my work with personal growth emotionally as I learned how to "stand on my own two feet" with corrected physical alignment. If you're even thinking about it, just do it.
